Lakeview Subdivision
With a name like Lakeview the neighborhood has to be nice, right? Not that you can go wrong in any part of beautiful Incline Village. Yet, the name does fit this quiet, forested neighborhood. Although perhaps “Lake Access” might be more appropriate since it’s located just across Lakeshore Boulevard from the crystal blue waters of Tahoe.
This subdivision encompasses the area west of Village Blvd. along the non-lake side of Lakeshore Boulevard, south of Southwood Boulevard. With the majority of is 296 parcels already built, this is another area of multi-million dollar homes, with a few older Boise Cascade homes mixed in. (Boise Cascade was the original developer of Incline Village.)
Lots tend to be mostly level and large, with the average size just under half an acre.
Located within walking distance to the Lakeshore Boulevard, residents can quickly access the lake and Burnt Cedar Beach, which has a nice sandy beach, an outdoor pool, a beach volleyball court, children’s playground, picnic areas, green lawns, and a nice grass jetty that extends out into the lake.
The neighborhood is also very close to The Village Center, home to the Village Market, a post office, several restaurants, and a variety of specialty shops.
The Lakeview subdivision contains approximately 289 homes and is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Incline Village, due to its location and the quiet, forested setting. Homes start at 80o,000 and go up to 4.6M.
