Jennifer
It is a very popular first name and a highly-sought after neighborhood in Incline Village because of home prices and views of the lake. It also happens to be one of the first subdivisions above the Mt. Rose Highway.
With an elevation ranging from 7,000 to 7,400’, there is more snow fall in the winter than central and lower Incline. There are a few level parcels with lot sizes from .16 acre to 1 acre, but most are sloped. Because of the slopes and the elevation, some economic buys are very possible in this region, while also offering large lots and incredible views.
The U.S. Forest Service and the Incline Village General Improvement District have purchased several parcels, which help keep new construction to a minimum while maximizing the area’s natural beauty and privacy.
Depending on the location, some homes may have Lake Tahoe views, while others will have beautiful forest settings. There are great hiking trails starting at end of Jennifer Street, and Center Creek, off Barbara Street.
The price range of the homes for sale are from $290,000 up to $6.5M. There are approximately 276 single-family homes in the Jennifer neighborhood.
